Favorite: The Peiras e Vinhas trail connects Palaja to the city of Carcassonne (5 km, 1 hour) through superb panoramas.

Discover: 40 minutes from the hotel, a 6 km artistic hike, combining contemporary art and wild nature, just 10 km from Lagrasse.

Not to be missed: A 3-minute walk from the hotel, opposite the 14th century Saint-Étienne church, discover the Oratory of the Virgin, located near an ancient telluric spring with healing properties. legendary.

A superb route starting from the Château de Palaja, through the Corbières to the medieval village of Lagrasse, listed among the most beautiful villages in France. This hilly route is ideal for regular cyclists on a road bike or a trained hybrid bike. You'll pass through unspoiled landscapes, vineyards, gorges, and forests, with magnificent views at every turn.
A recommended break in Lagrasse is ideal to admire the abbey and refresh yourself on the banks of the Orbieu River.
