Every morning at the Château de Palaja, between 8:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. (possibility of bringing the time forward to meet your professional or personal needs after prior request and whenever possible), you will be offered a full breakfast in the form of an all you can eat buffet for the most important meal of the day.
Wake up pleasantly with a local buffet, more than 60 references will be offered to you every morning allowing you to compose your breakfast according to your tastes and desires of the moment according to a wide spectrum ranging from continental breakfast to Occitanie-style breakfast. This buffet is likely to change according to the seasons, your desires and arrivals, the short circuit is preferred. It is a perfect mix between savory, sweet, classic, more original, organic, homemade and local references. There will be something for everyone, to delight young and old alike. To be enjoyed on the shaded terrace of our charming hotel, in the garden or in the breakfast room.

You will have the chance to taste goat's cheese delivered by Matthieu, our goatherd neighbor, tome de vaches des Pyrénées, carefully selected cold meats (coppa, dry-cured ham or cooked ham) but also "Pan con Tomate" that you can make yourself with tomatoes from the garden in season. Hard-boiled eggs cooked in the morning will also be available on the buffet.
On the drinks menu, you will have plenty of time to taste the apple juice from our favorite organic producer, to discover our wide selection of teas (loose or in bags), to appreciate the flavor of coffee beans ground on the spot and the smoothness of our hot chocolates.

Every morning, Cathy or Eric will prepare a pastry specially for you based on their inspiration of the moment and the season (pudding, clafoutis, etc.).
You will enjoy pastries, breads, rusks, jams made in-house, honey produced by Laurent less than 10 km from our charming hotel, fruits from the orchard (if it is the season), various dairy products or compotes from the region, brioche, pancakes and their maple syrup, cereals, dried fruits, without forgetting the essential breakfasts for children.
