Every morning at the Château de Palaja, between 8:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. (possibility of bringing the time forward to meet your professional or personal needs after prior request and whenever possible), you will be offered a full breakfast under all-you-can-eat buffet style for the most important meal of the day.
Wake up pleasantly with a "local" buffet, more than 60 references will be offered to you every morning allowing you to compose your breakfast according to your tastes and desires of the moment according to a wide spectrum including the continental breakfast for Occitanie-style breakfast. This buffet is likely to change depending on the seasons, your desires and arrivals, the short circuit is preferred. It is a perfect mix between savory, sweet, classic, more original, organic, homemade and local references. There will be something for everyone, to delight young and old alike. To be enjoyed on the shaded terrace of our charming hotel, in the garden or in the breakfast room.

Salty references and drinks on the menu
You will have the chance to taste goat cheese delivered by Matthieu, our neighbor goatherd, tome of Pyrenean cows, carefully selected cold cuts (coppa, dry ham or white ham) but also "Pan con Tomato" "that you can compose yourself with the garden tomatoes in season. Boiled eggs cooked in the morning will also be available on the buffet.
On the drinks menu, you will have plenty of time to taste apple juice from our favorite organic producer, discover our wide choice of teas (in bulk or in sachets), enjoy the flavor of coffee beans ground instantly and the smoothness of our hot chocolates.
Sweet references on the menu
Each morning, Cathy or Eric will prepare a pastry specially for you according to their inspiration of the moment and the season (pudding, clafoutis, etc.).
You will enjoy pastries, breads, rusks, homemade jams, honey produced by Laurent within 10 km from our charming hotel, orchard fruits (if it is the season), various dairy products or compotes. the region, brioche, pancakes and their maple syrup, cereals, dried fruit, not to mention the essentials for breakfasts for children.
The rates
The price for this complete and hearty breakfast at Château de Palaja, promoting local production, short circuits and quality products, is €15 per person. The all-you-can-eat buffet breakfast is free for children under 7 years old. For any further information, you can contact us.
