- Order before 6 pm for the day of your visit: a sharing platter or a light meal and enjoy our beautiful garden. Indulge in a La Belle Aude artisanal ice cream, made in Carcassonne. Always locally sourced! A picnic area is also available.

In an elegant and welcoming setting, the restaurant “S comme...” welcomes you every evening (reservations required) for French bistronomic cuisine with Belgian influences, prepared with high-quality regional products.
The two brothers, Michael and Cédric, combine their talents to offer you a delicious and convivial experience, either in the dining room or around the two-hundred-year-old olive tree on the terrace.
Complement your meal with a local wine (Corbières, Cabardès, Malepère, Minervois, Limoux) selected by Michael.

Sit down under the last rays of the sun and share a simple and delicious moment around our famous sharing platters, served by Cathy and Éric: foie gras or charcuterie/cheese.
Unless you prefer a fresh plate, tomato and mozzarella or melon and ham depending on the season.
Taste our local wines, by the bottle or glass, our local beers, and for dessert... enjoy an excellent artisanal ice cream in a small pot, produced in Carcassonne!
